"Mindful Mondays" is a series of Mondays during the fall and spring semesters dedicated to stress reduction and education about mindfulness practice.
The series will offer participants alternatives to stress management and relaxation, as well as a fundamental building block for incorporating mindfulness into one's daily life.

- "Meditation Basics," Monday, Nov. 11
- "Yoga," Monday, Feb. 17
- "Coloring Mandalas," Monday, March 24
