The Saint Louis University community is invited to "A Chocolate Affair" from 5-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at the Samuel Cupples House. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the presentation will begin at approximately 5:45 p.m.
Relax and indulge in a wine and chocolate pairing featuring the premium chocolates of Bissinger's Chocolates.
Each wine and chocolate pairing will be led by award-winning chef and Bissinger's chief chocolatier, Dave Owens.
The evening's pairings include selections from the Bissinger's Rainforest Collection, which is highly esteemed for its exceptional taste, health-friendly and earth-friendly ingredients. This line is made from cocoa from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.
Admission is $20.00 and includes milk chocolates, dark chocolates, chocolate covered wine grapes, gourmet cheeses and a selection of fine red and white wines. Only cash will be accepted.
