Fall Ignatian Lunch

Mission and Ministry type treatmentThe Division of Mission and Ministry invites the University community to deepen their understanding of our Ignatian vision and their commitment to our Jesuit mission. Join Mission and Ministry for the fall Ignatian Lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, in Refectory Hall, located in room 157 in DuBourg Hall.

Lunch will be provided. Seating is limited, so reservations are required. Attendees are asked to RSVP online by Friday, Nov. 2.

Jack Strauss, Ph.D., professor and director of the Simon Center for Regional Forecasting, will present "The Economic Case for Immigration in St. Louis: What Does it Mean to SLU?"

Strauss will discuss his recent study of immigration in St. Louis and its impact on the economy. Students, faculty and staff will discuss and address the implications for SLU and our larger community, as we understand where and who we are.

Higher purpose. Greater good.
