Chartwells will host its second annual Chili Cook-off from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, in Griesedieck Dining Hall. Guests are invited to a tasting of top-secret homemade chili recipes created and prepared by the talented chefs and cooks on campus. Those who sample the various chilies will vote for their favorite and a Chartwells Chili King will be named. The winning recipe will also be featured throughout January and February.
