Rutter, serial entrepreneur and founder of Metaphase Design Group, Inc., the leader in the research, ergonomics and design of breakthrough products for numerous prestigious global brands, will debunk common myths of innovation and share his User Centered Innovation Process, referred to by the Wall Street Journal as "...a gold standard plan."

Rutter is an expert in the field of handheld design and ergonomics, and is a specialist in innovation and business strategy.
