Maintain Your School Ledger
The course ledger is very important in ensuring an effective 1818 ACC presence at your school. The public ledgers are accessible by many different parties that rely on accurate information to ensure student success in high school and beyond.
The 1818 Advanced College Credit Program (1818 ACC) heavily relies on our high school coordinators to ensure that the information listed on the ledger is accurate for each semester. As part of their role, 1818 ACC Coordinators are the stakeholders in ensuring that any changes in course offerings at their respective high school is communicated to the 1818 ACC Program office.
Having correct an accurate information is extremely important in compliance, accreditation, and student success.
Accessing and Requesting Changes to Your Ledger
|The high school ledgers are posted on a Course Ledger website hosted through Google sites and are accessible to the general public.

Changes to the ledger can be requested by High School Coordinators using the online form.
