Spring 2014 Course DropsSt. Louis, MO -- Saint Louis University's 1818 Advanced College Credit Program reminds parents and students of the course drop policy regarding non-payment for tuition.

The policy states:

"Students who fail to make tuition payments in a timely manner will automatically be dropped from class rosters. The student will not receive college credit for the course, even though the student may remain in the course and complete it for high school credit. Students dropped for tuition failures may be reinstated before the end of the following term with full tuition payment, plus substantial fees. Requests for reinstatement after the following term has closed will not receive consideration." - Policy and Procedures of 1818 ACC


Tuition payment for the Spring 2014 semester are due to the University by April 1, 2014. Any mailed payments must have been received by the University before April 1, 2014 to have avoided being dropped. Checks post marked for April 1, 2014 will not be honored, be subject to being refunded, and will require a course reinstatement.

Payments can be made by mail, in-person, or online. Review payment instruction on the Tuition and Payment page of the 1818 Advanced College Credit Program website.

Students who are dropped automatically on April 2, 2014 should review and follow the steps found on the Course Reinstatement web page of the 1818 Advanced College Credit Program if they wish to be reinstated for course work from the Spring 2014 semester.


About 1818 ACC

The 1818 Advanced College Credit Program provides an opportunity for qualified high school juniors and seniors in partner high schools to begin experiencing the academic rigors of college course work while still in high school. In addition to receiving credit toward high school graduation for selected academic courses, students may opt additionally to dual enroll in courses approved for college credit through Saint Louis University.
