The Center for International Studies will host the seventh annual Garcia Lecture at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, in the Pere Marquette Gallery in DuBourg Hall. This event is free and open to the public.

Ana Unruh-Cohen, Ph.D., deputy staff director of the United States House of Representatives Natural Resource Committee Democratic Staff and Rhodes Scholar, will present "Fixing the Climate: International Climate Action and the United States."

The lecture is co-sponsored by the Department of Political Science and the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences.
