Branislav Radeljic, Ph.D., associate professor in international politics at the School of Law and Social Sciences at the University of East London, will speak at Saint Louis University at 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, in seminar room 124 of the Center for Global Citizenship.

He will present "Europe and the Collapse of Yugoslavia: The Role of Non-State Actors and European Diplomacy."

This event is sponsored by the Center for International Studies, the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, the Department of Political Science, and the Center for Russian and East European Area Studies.
