Volunteering is open to all students, faculty and staff of SLU. Volunteers will receive a free Green Billiken t-shirt to wear during the event and receive a meal afterward.
"Greening the Game" is an event that promotes sustainability initiatives within college athletics and promotes sustainability practices within the SLU community by reaching out to current students, faculty or staff and the greater St. Louis metropolitan area during the annual RecycleMania competition.
What is RecycleMania? RecycleMania is a friendly nationwide competition between colleges and universities to raise awareness about recycling programs on their campuses. For the months of February and March, Saint Louis University is striving to collect more single-stream and e-waste recycling than any other college campus in the nation.
