The Edward A. Doisy Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology will host a seminar at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, in Doisy Research Center, fourth-floor conference room 468.

Luis F.Z. Batista, Ph.D. will present "Canonical and non-canonical roles of telomerase in human stem cell biology."

Batista is an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine, Hematology Division, Department of Developmental Biology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
