The Theology Club will host its spring speaker, Richard Gaillardetz, Ph.D., at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 18, in the Saint Louis Room at Busch Student Center. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Gaillardetz is a professor of theology at Boston College and is the current president-elect of the Catholic Theological Society of America. He will give a talk titled "Becoming a Community of Holy Conversation," which will look at polarizing forces, in both the larger society and in the church, and suggest insights from Catholic tradition that can help move beyond these divides to engage in open and authentic dialogue on difficult issues.

Higher purpose. Greater good.
