This month, Delores Lacey from Compsych Corporation will lead a Live Well session on the topic of the "Resilience." Join the Live Well Program for the one-hour session at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, in room 251 of Busch Student Center.
Lacey will conduct a second session on "Resilience" at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 23, in Auditorium B of the Learning Resources Center.
Christian Verry, M.D., assistant professor of family and community medicine, will conduct a session on "Youth Sports Participation" at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, in the multipurpose room of Drummond Hall.
Registration for any of the sessions can be done online.
The Live Well personal development sessions are scheduled monthly and are facilitated by counselors from ComPsych, the University's employee assistance program provider. The program has grown to encompass three areas of development: personal, financial and spiritual. In addition, SLU faculty from the Medical Home will facilitate topics surrounding health and wellbeing. For more information on these sessions, check out the course descriptions.
