This week's Summer Grill Series will be held Wednesday, Aug. 14, and lunch will be served between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, the grill will be held in the lower level of Busch Student Center, right outside Au Bon Pain.
This week's menu will feature diners' choice of barbecue beef, pork or spiced-grilled Portobello mushroom and onions served on a wheat hoagie with assorted barbecue sauces, accompanied by tropical slaw, sliced watermelon, onion straws and grilled peach parfait with raspberries and honey whipped cream.
The series will be hosted throughout the summer as an additional option for faculty, students and staff that are on campus this summer. The grill series is $6.49 and diners can pay at Au Bon Pain.
