Student Support Services: Standing Tutoring Appointments
In collaboration with the Student Educational Services, the Student Success Center offers standing tutoring appointments to participants of the Student Support Service grant.
In order to access your information and create a standing tutoring appointment, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the SSS Standing Appointment Form by Friday, February 14. Please list all your available times, not just your preferred.
2. Receive an email confirmation regarding your date, time, and tutor.
3. Attend your session at appropriate days and times. As a helpful tip, plan to attend even if you do not have an upcoming test. Your regular tutoring appointment will help you to continuously learn and activate new study skills.
Standing appointments will take place for one hour each week, and you will have the same appointment time/location each week until the end of the semester.
In order to keep this privilege, students are expected to show up at each appointment or cancel the appointment, by using instructions from the online scheduler. Two or more missed appointments may result in loss of these standing appointments.
You may also be at risk of losing appointments if you excessively cancel the appointments.
If you need additional assistance or notice that your course is not offered, please email Matthew Sullivan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
