Saint Louis University is currently accepting transfer student applications for both the spring and fall 2017 semesters. Admitted transfer students are able to see their official transcript evaluations, scholarship offers and have pre-enrollment meetings with faculty from their academic area.
Students transferring for the fall 2017 term are eligible to compete for SLU’s Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship. The scholarship application deadline is Feb. 1. You must first apply for transfer admission before completing the scholarship application.
It doesn’t matter where your college career began, we’ll help you finish what you started.
At Saint Louis University, we welcome transfer students and the diversity of intellectual experiences they bring to our campus. And because you may have different concerns than traditional first-year students, we offer specialized programs and services to ensure a smooth transition.
Eligible transfer students must demonstrate a strong academic record at a two-year
or community college, or a four-year college or university.
Transfer applications are completed online and processed on a rolling basis, although select programs may have specific deadlines for when students may apply and enroll.
Wondering if the courses you've already taken will count for SLU credit? Our course-transfer form gives an unofficial course evaluation, so you'll have a good idea of what you've already completed toward a SLU degree — which helps you plan for what you still want to do.
To learn without a doubt what will transfer and count for credit at SLU, you must submit official transcripts from every college or university you previously attended. Your previous college coursework will be officially reviewed and approved for transfer upon acceptance to the University.
