What advice would you offer to students during their college search and application processes?
Visit the campuses of colleges you are interested in during the school year, utilize your guidance counselor, research rankings and recognitions of colleges, stay in contact with the college admission office as much as you can.

Five years.

What do you enjoy most about your work as an admissions counselor at Saint Louis University?
Helping high school students through the college search and application process.

Where is your favorite spot on SLU's campus?
My favorite spot is the duck pond area.

What is your favorite restaurant (or entertainment venue) near SLU's campus that you recommend to students and their families?
Pappy's Barbecue.

What did you study as an undergraduate?
I am an alum of SLU and I graduated in 2004 with a degree in Communication.

Other than those regarding financial aid, what are the most common questions you receive from prospective students and their families, and how do you respond?
"What are your admission requirements?" -- Program requirements vary depending on the program.
"How many students attend SLU?" -- There are about 8,100 undergraduate students.
"What clubs/organizations do you have on campus?" There are over 150 clubs and/or organizations on campus. -- Go to the Activities, Clubs & Organizations page to find a complete listing.
