Med Reunion 2018 Schedule

Med Reunion takes place during SLU's annual Homecoming and Family Weekend; be sure to browse the weekend's full schedule of events.

Thursday, September 27

6 – 9 p.m.: Alumni Merit Awards Ceremony
Busch Student Center, Saint Louis Room

Friday, September 28
4 – 6 p.m.: Med Reunion Welcome Reception and Check-In
Allied Health Multipurpose Room, South Campus

Pick up your materials for the weekend, meet and mingle with alumni from all reunion classes, and learn about current happenings at the School of Medicine. Light hors d’oeuvres and drinks provided.
Saturday, September 29

7:30 – 8:30 a.m.: Continental Breakfast
Education Union, Medical Center

8:30 – 11:30 a.m.: CME Program: Current Topics for the Practicing Physician – Issues from the Shoulder Up

SLU faculty from Neurology, Otolaryngology and Ophthalmology will present on topics of interest.

8:30 – noon: STL Tour
$40 per person

Join us for a tour of St. Louis! This special shuttle tour of the city will feature major attractions, including the newly renovated St. Louis Arch grounds, and a visit to the New Cathedral. The tour will depart from the Chase Park Plaza. Space is limited and will be a first come, first served basis.

1 – 3 p.m.: Class Receptions

Join the SLU community for the signature event of Bicentennial Homecoming and Family Weekend, which will celebrate 200 years of SLU with a festival along Grand Boulevard.

6 p.m.: A Grand Celebration VIP Tent
outside Grand Hall, North Campus
$20 per person (complimentary for President's Circle and White Coat Society members)

Med Reunion class members are invited to A Grand Celebration’s VIP tent, where food and drinks will be provided.

Sunday, September 30

10:30 a.m.: Mass in College Church

Golden Billiken Brunch

All Golden Billikens (graduates of 1968 or prior) from across the University are invited to gather for a special brunch to wrap up the weekend.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

The School of Medicine will provide shuttle bus transportation for reunion attendees staying at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel. The shuttle will run to and from the Chase and reunion activities on SLU’s campus.

A campus shuttle schedule will be provided upon check-in at the hotel.
