Alumni Association
While the School of Dentistry closed in 1971 the School of Dentistry
Alumni Association is an integral part of continuing the excellence
of dental education at Saint Louis University. In 2008 the Alumni
Association in conjunction with the Center for Advanced Dental Education
(CADE) celebrated 100 years of dental education at Saint Louis University.
The School of Dentistry Alumni Association serves to further this
connection between the School of Dentistry alumni and the future
of dental education by fostering close relationships between alumni
and administration as well as providing opportunities for alumni
to gather and reminisce about their days in school.
The Alumni Association also has the honor of presenting the Alumni
Merit Award each year to an alum who has demonstrated outstanding
achievement, dedication to the profession of dentistry, and commitment
to the Jesuit tradition of men and women for others.
