The College of Public Service and the office of alumni
relations are looking for alumni from the college
who are interested in helping plan events and programs
for Public Service alumni. An alumni planning committee
meets once a month for about an hour and a half to
brainstorm ways the University can best serve its
alumni.

Start your volunteering new year’s resolution
off on the right foot by joining Dean John Watzke
and ringing in the new year with the CEPS board. Networking
and information on upcoming events and volunteer opportunities
will be distributed at the event.
Professional Development
Conference
Save the Date! The College will hold
its second annual Professional Development Conference
on Friday, March 19, 2010. The event will bring together
alumni, faculty, and students around continuing education
sessions presented each of the five units of the College.
The conference will also feature an awards luncheon
to honor the 2010 recipients of the Distinguished
Alumni Award. More information will be available in
the upcoming months.
