Facility Namings Honor Exemplary Service to SLU
Honorees have helped shape University
Saint Louis University is honoring some extraordinary individuals who have helped make SLU one of the finest Catholic universities in the United States.

Spaces around campus, including buildings, meeting rooms and centers are getting new names to honor people who embody SLU's spirit of service.

"Our honorees come from around the world and from every walk of life, but they all have one thing in common, said University President Lawrence Biondi, S.J. "They have blazed their own trails to success and have emerged from varied backgrounds to become women and men for others."

Volunteer for Make A Difference Day
Join the Center for Service and Community Engagement and Alpha Phi Omega Saturday, October 24, for Make A Difference Day.

Over the past 12 years SLU students, faculty and staff have helped hundreds of community organizations and thousands of people throughout St, Louis on this annual campus-wide day of service.

Last year more than 2,600 volunteers took part in the 11th annual Make A Difference Day.
