Graduate Education Announces 2012-2013 Fellowship Recipients

The annual Presidential, Diversity and Dissertation fellowships offer deserving students stipends, academic scholarships and health insurance.

The Presidential, Diversity and Dissertation fellowships offer deserving students stipends, academic scholarships and health insurance and are awarded annually.

The Office of Graduate Education has announced the recipients of this year's Presidential, Diversity and Dissertation fellowships. The fellowships are offered annually to eligible students.

New Presidential Fellow recipients for 2012-13 are Megan Diestelmeier, communication sciences and disorders; Molissa "Molly" Elrick, pharmacological and physiological sciences; and Rebecca Lelko, mathematics and computer science. The Presidential Fellowship offers a stipend of $26,000 for four years for doctoral study and two for master's study, 21 hours of tuition scholarship annually and health insurance.

Dissertation Fellowships winners for 2012-13 are Michelle Hendricks, psychology; Aliceia Johnson, chemistry; Charles Johnson, chemistry; Yuyan Jordan, integrated and applied science; Abigail Lambke, English; Ina Seethaler, English; Ann Walk, psychology; and Benjamin Wayman, theological studies. The Dissertation Fellowship offers one year of stipend funding equivalent to an assistantship, 12 hours of tuition scholarship and health insurance.

New Diversity Fellows are Michael Hankins, integrated and applied sciences; Richard Morales, American studies; and Rae "Alex" Wilkerson, psychology. The Diversity Fellowship offers a $22,750 stipend for four years, 21 hours of tuition scholarship annually and health insurance.
