Changes Made to Google Forms Data Summary
Users can learn more about the changes made to the Google service through an online video or by attending an instructor-led training session.
Google has recently changed how users create Google Forms. The biggest change is that, by default, Google Forms no longer creates a spreadsheet automatically. Users have to select "Choose Response Destination" if they want to see the individual responses in a spreadsheet. If this option is not selected, all that will display is a summary of responses.
