Database Security Patch Update Scheduled for Sunday

Applications and services supported by supporting the mySLU portal, Banner and password.slu.edu may experience outages.

Oracle databases supporting the mySLU portal, Banner and password.slu.edu will receive a security patch Sunday, Nov. 10. Note the impact on the following applications from 8 to 11 a.m.:

  • SLU Connection (Groups)
  • SkillSoft
  • Student Housing
  • SurveyDIG
  • TaskStream
  • UC4 Job scheduler (jobs on hold)
  • WebFocus Dashboard and Report Delivery System
  • WebXtender
  • Workflow processing

A redirect will be in place for the mySLU portal and the following applications on the Tools tab:
