Information Technology Services will apply security patches to the Oracle database, which supports mySLU, from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21. The mySLU login will be disabled during that time. As a result, the following applications on the "Tools" tab will be unavailable:

  • Activity Insight
  • Banner Self-Service (BSS)
  • Cliqbook and Concur Expense
  • Internet Native Banner (INB)
  • Payment Suite
  • Qualtrics
  • SkillSoft
  • SLU Appointments
  • SLU Connection Groups
  • WebXtender

Cognos and WebFOCUS reporting will also be unavailable during the outage.

Direct URLs or redirects will enable customers to access the following Tools tab items during the outage:

  • BB Community
  • Facilities Service Request
  • Google Apps
  • My Files
  • My Files2
  • OASIS
  • Reveal
  • SendThisFile
  • SLU Global
  • Student Housing
