An enhanced eMOA process will begin today.
A process improvement team has been consulting with Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) users for more than two years to create a comprehensive online MOA approval process.
The first version of the electronic MOA (eMOA) process was piloted by the College of Arts and Sciences during the 2009-10 and 2010-11 Academic Years.
After gathering feedback from users, the team developed the existing online process and is introducing the enhanced eMOA process to the University on June 20.
Faculty will use the system to accept their eMOAs for adjunct and overload research, teaching and administrative assignments. For further information on initiating and approving eMOAs, click here to reference the "eMOA User Guide."
