Volunteers Needed for Excessive Sweating Study

Dee Anna Glaser, M.D., and the Department of Dermatology are recruiting adult patients (18 and up) for a new clinical trial to treat excessive underarm sweating (axillary hyperhidrosis).

This investigational research study will test the effectiveness of an ultrasound device to reduce the amount of sweat in underarms for patients with excessive sweating. Treatment and assessments are provided without cost and participants are provided payment to cover time and travel to study visits.
