The human resources compensation team has updated the position analysis booklet (PAB) and position number request forms. Effective July 1, all PAB and position number requests must be submitted using the new forms.
Some of the changes to the PAB include:
- A document checklist that must accompany the PAB
- Job duty importance ratings
- Enhanced ability to submit a position number request form, simultaneously, with the PAB
Changes to the position number request form include a new "reports to" field. This is a mandatory field which must contain the position number of the person to whom the new position number will report.
Previous or outdated versions of the forms will not be accepted after July 20. Please note that the new PAB requires additional documentation to be sent in along with the booklet. Any booklet sent without the additional documentation will not be reviewed by HR.
