I-64 Off-Ramp to Vandeventer to Close Until Spring 2014

The Missouri Department of Transportation will close the eastbound I-64/U.S. 40 ramp to Vandeventer Saturday, Aug. 17, due to construction on the Tower Grove project.

The Missouri Department of Transportation and its contractor, Fred Weber Inc., will close the ramp from eastbound I-64 to Vandeventer by 6 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17.

The ramp will remain closed until spring 2014 due to construction on the Tower Grove project.

To detour around the closure, drivers will need to exit at Grand, turn onto Forest Park Avenue and turn on Vandeventer.

This work is part of an on-going project to build a full interchange at Tower Grove and Boyle and replace four aging bridges over I-64. The entire project is projected to be complete in fall 2014.
