An Oracle database supporting the mySLU portal will be upgraded on Sunday, Sept. 9. The mySLU login will be disabled from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., making some items on the "Tools" tab unavailable.

Web applications in the Tools tab that will be unavailable during this period include:

  • Banner Self-Service
  • WebFOCUS
  • Payment Suite
  • Cliqbook and Concur Expense
  • SLU Appointments
  • SkillSoft

Direct URLs or redirects will be in place for the following "Tools" tab icons:

  • SLU Global
  • Internet Native Banner
  • Google Apps
  • Student Housing
  • WebXtender
  • SendThisFile
  • Facilities Service Request
  • Reveal
  • My Files
  • My Files2
  • BB Community
  • SLU Connection Groups
  • Activity Insight

This upgrade will complete work activities on the Oracle 11g Upgrade Project, which was initiated to ensure product support and scalability by keeping back-end technology on the most current version. Functionally, there will be no change for customers of any of the affected products.
