The planned upgrade of SLU's Oracle Enterprise System platform, which supports Banner and other applications, will take place this weekend beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, May 25 and continue through Monday, May 28.
Banner and other applications connected to Oracle will be unavailable during this time. Customers who try to access Banner during the upgrade will be redirected to an informational message about the process.
These applications are expected to return to production Monday afternoon, and full-reporting services (e.g., WebFOCUS and Cognos) via the Operational Data Store will return midweek.
