Pregnant Nurses Sought for Research Study
Volunteers must be younger than 45 years old and be between six to 20 weeks pregnant.
Jen Jen Chang, Ph.D., is recruiting full-time pregnant nurses for a pilot study on shift work, sleep problems, and maternal and fetal outcomes. Nurses should work in in-patient units, be younger than 45 years old and be between six to 20 weeks pregnant.
A trained research assistant will follow-up with participating nurses three times during pregnancy during non-working hours to complete some questionnaires. At each of the follow-up visits, the participants will be given a special sleep watch to wear for seven consecutive days.
The study participants will be compensated with a total of $150.00 for their time. Participation is voluntary. If interested, contact Maya Tabet at 314-977-8140 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
