Summer fitness classes will start on Monday, May 20, at Simon Recreation Center. Classes are 12 weeks and last until Aug. 9. With the smaller class sizes, summer is a great time to join the fun.
The schedule features a variety of group exercise classes that improve aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility while performing core work and functional exercises. Several spinning class will be available, as well as yoga and lunchtime classes.
The 12-week session is only $50 for Simon Rec members and $74 for SLU-affiliated non-members.
