Simon Rec Offers a Week of Free Fitness Classes
Try out a week of fitness classes this week only from Aug. 25-29. Members of Simon Recreation Center are invited to try a class before they buy it. No registration is needed.
Zumba, Salsa dance, Pilates, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Merengue y Bachata dance and yoga will all be offered this week. The complete schedule is available at Simon Rec, on the Simon Rec Facebook page or on the Campus Recreation website.
