Saint Louis University Human Resources Benefits and Campus Recreation are pleased to announce that the Simon Recreation Center and Salus Fitness Center will participate in the Vitality Partner Health Club Program.
Faculty and staff that are current members of the Simon Recreation Center and Salus Fitness Center will earn and receive Vitality Bucks for their verified workouts, achieved by swiping your employee ID card at either of these two facilities.
These workouts have been tracked since the inception of the Vitality Wellness Program, November 1, 2010. In the coming weeks, members should receive an email from Vitality confirming Vitality Bucks rewards for the time period of November 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011.
Vitality Points will be awarded monthly for verified workouts at either facility completed on or after April 1, 2011.
In addition, starting July 1, 2011, members enrolling in the Partner Health Club Program can receive subsidy payments towards membership dues. By enrolling in this program, Simon Recreation Center and Salus Fitness Center members can earn a refund for the cost of their membership, based on visit requirements and Vitality status.
For more information about the Partner Health Club Program visit the Vitality website.
As part of this transition, the University will phase out the SLUFit Wellness Reimbursement program. Starting July 1, SLUFit participants will have the option to complete their enrollment period for SLUFit or to transition to the Partner Health Club Program.
Employees may not participate in both reimbursement programs simultaneously.
