Symphony Tickets Offered to SLU Employees at Special Rate
SLU faculty and staff can receives discounts on tickets to "The Music of Queen," "The Music of Pink Floyd" and "45th Anniversary Celebration of 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.'"
The MOVE Committee has partnered with the St. Louis Symphony to offer employees the opportunity to purchase tickets for selected shows at the special rate of $29 per ticket for specific shows. The special reduced ticket price reflects a 40 percent discount off the full regular ticket price.
The selected seats being offered to the SLU community are located in the Orchestra Left section. Tickets for this section are limited, and in the event that sales exceed the limit, other sections will be made available. View the Powell Hall seating chart online at the St. Louis Symphony website.
To purchase tickets online, go to SLU's Marketplace and select the MOVE Store. The deadlines ticket purchases are listed with each respective performance. Ticket purchases will also be available at the Powell Hall will-call window on the performance day.

The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra will play a night of Queen's legendary hits, including "Crazy Little Thing Called Love," "Another One Bites the Dust" and "Bohemian Rhapsody."

The orchestra gets in tune with its psychedelic side as it performs The Music of Pink Floyd along with an eight-member rock band. Hear Pink Floyd favorites including selections from Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall and more.
45th Anniversary Celebration of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, 8 p.m. Friday, June 28

Recognized as one of the greatest albums of all time, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was the definitive recording of its generation. Classical Mystery Tour joins the St. Louis Orchestra for a special 45th anniversary celebration, performing songs from the album, including "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds," "When I'm 64" and "Strawberry Fields Forever."
