Student Travel Policies Updated

Saint Louis University is dedicated to providing study abroad opportunities throughout the world to meet the diverse needs of our student population. The University also recognizes the importance of establishing policies and procedures to protect the safety and well-being of study abroad participants.

The Office of International Services has updated the policies regarding student travel to destinations with a U.S. State Department or Centers for Disease Control travel warning. This policy applies to all student travel sponsored, organized, supported or recognized by Saint Louis University.

Saint Louis University does not encourage or support travel to countries in which the U.S. Department of State or Center for Disease Control have issued a travel warning. The University reserves the right to cancel or suspend any program at any time in its sole discretion if it determines that there is unnecessary or significant risk to participants.

To review the policy in its entirety, review the Student Travel Warning Policy in the Health and Safety section of the Study Abroad Webpage.

For questions or additional information, contact the Office of International Services at 314-977-2318.
