Interfaith Prayer Service: Recognizing our Call to Social Justice
The Interfaith Prayer Service is an annual event put on by the Interfaith Alliance at Saint Louis University. We invite students and faculty members of all faith and non-faith backgrounds to attend and engage in reflection as we hear prayers, songs, and scripture from many religious traditions. This year we are very proud to announce that we will be welcoming well-known religious leaders from the St. Louis community to preside at the service. Afterwards, we invite everyone to join us in the basement of College Church for dinner so that we can continue to build solidarity over a shared meal together.
Speakers include: Dr. Behrad Majidi (Baha'i), Dr. Mohammed Rana (Islam), Swami Nishpapananda (Hinduism), Fr. Paul Stark (Christianity), and Rabbi Talve (Judaism).
