Third Annual Bander Endowed Lecture Highlights IOM Report

William SageWilliam Sage, JD, PhD, Vice Provost for Health Affairs and James R. Dougherty Chair for Faculty Excellence in Law at the University of Texas at Austin, delivered the third annual Bander Endowed Lecture at both Washington University and Saint Louis University medical campuses on November 5th and 6th. Each lecture drew audiences of over one hundred physicians, students, and other professionals. James DuBoisBF Foundation Funds Research Study on Professional Misbehavior

Last fall, the Bander Family Foundation awarded James DuBois, PhD, DSc, $100,000 to support a research project on professional misbehavior in medicine and research.The gift enabled DuBois to obtain preliminary data used to gain an additional $375,000 from the National Institutes of Health.
