Christine is involved in: Learning Community Advisory Board, Filipino Student Association

Campus Construction Becomes the Classroom

“My professor set up a tour of Grand Hall, SLU’s newest residence hall, when it was just an empty shell. The project manager showed us around and explained the stages of building a facility like Grand Hall. It was such a wonderful experience because I got to learn more about my field as well as understand the different components that interact with civil engineering.”

Passionate Professors

“The professors in the civil engineering program have a lot of passion for their sub-fields and want their students to have that same passion and become successful engineers, too.”
