I can’t believe so much of my summer has already flown by, even though it only started about a month ago.  In the short month that I’ve been home I’ve been focusing on one main thing – spending time with my friends and family before I leave the country for three and a half months. I’ve learned lately that getting ready to go abroad is a lot of hard work! Because I’m on an international flight, I still get my two fifty pound bags, but my parents are only going to let me fill one (so I can use the other one for souvenirs on my way home). It’s a smart idea, but that’s not much room. So lately, I’ve been trying to figure out what I REALLY want to bring.

 One of my most exciting upcoming events of the summer is my visit to good old SLU next week! I get to work in the Office of  Undergraduate Admission and give tours. I can’t wait! Since I was an RA last year, and the RAs have training starting today, I get to hang out with all of my good friends for one last time. I can’t wait to update everyone on SLU when I get there, so look forward to many postings!
