I missed my friends A TON, so it was really nice to spend a week with them. I got to work in Admissions during the day and then spend time with my friends all night. We went on late night Taco Bell runs (my personal favorite), had Olympics marathons, went to Ted Drewes, watched movies, and got ready for the SLU freshmen! On to sad news: I just got an email yesterday that said my flight to London was CANCELED! So now instead of leaving on September 2nd, I have to wait until September 5th. I know it’s only three days, but I can’t wait to explore Europe and get settled in my new “home.” I might just have to take one more trip back to St. Louis before I leave…
