One of my favorite healthy go-to dips is Roasted Eggplant spread from Barefoot Contessa. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/roasted-eggplant-spread-recipe/index.html

It is amazingly easy and delicious, and disappears fast! Great as a sandwich spread or a dip for pretzel or pita chips.

I am interested in your program to launch a 2nd career. I have a BS and a BA from Purdue University (1976) and an MBA from Washington University (1985). Is it possible to take only the courses that are of interest to me or to get a certification with out completing the 4 year course? I am interested in the Nutrition and Dietetics with a Culinary emphasis. Please let me know if there are any options for me since I have already completed undergraduate and graduate work, just not in nutrition.
Thank you,
Julie Ferrie

Congrats on your marriage, Jennifer! And it looks like your honeymoon was fun and DELICIOUS. I just got married in June and we went to Greece for our honeymoon. I am still raving about the *health* and awesome food.

Thanks for stopping by WEGO Health. I look forward to learning more about your work.

Your readers may like to know that tap water is regularly inspected by the government whereas tap water is less strictly regulated, so tap water is a lot healthier and safer for you!

I hope people get encouraged to buy the "indestructible" bottles that cost a few bucks at Wal*Mart, Target, or any sporting goods store. I bring one to work everyday and fill it up with tap water when I run out. It's a great way to save money!

Good advice! As a runner I know the importance of this advice. I sweat heavily and always try to drink lots of fluids. But sometimes other factors can affect hydration too - like trying to run a marathon with a lingering sinus infection. In April I ran the STL marathon with your fellow blogger Jared and collapsed near the end due to severe dehydration. The fluid I was drinking during the race felt like it was just sitting in my stomach, and I ended up paying the price. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, but hopefully readers out there will note the importance of proper hydration (and not competing in a big event unless 100% healthy).
