Rehan’s Recipes for the lazy- part 2 - a spin on the classic hamburger

My cooking in the dorm is a horrible mish mash of whatever I have on hand that some how ends up happily edible.  One of my favorite combinations is worcestershire sauce and some form of mustard - preferably brown.

What I do like doing from time to time is marinating the hamburger patty in W. sauce before I cook it. More often than not, I haven’t the foresight to do this, so, I douse the hamburger patty with W. Sauce while it’s grilling - both methods work. After it’s done, I apply some mustard carefully to the top of the patty.

When I feel fancy, I don’t stick the patty between slices bread (I don’t have the foresight to buy buns either - when I do I forget about them and they go bad). I make some mashed potatoes and microwave some frozen green beans.

Delicious.
