Jack Cancila is a faculty member and program coordinator at Saint Louis University’s School for Professional Studies. In this role he oversees the school’s programs in hospitality management, contract management, and project management. Mr. Cancila received his Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service and Lodging Management from the University of Missouri and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Prior to joining Saint Louis University, Mr. Cancila held a variety of operational and financial positions in the hospitality industry including Chief Financial Officer of the Missouri Athletic Club, Financial Analyst for the Sky Chefs division of American Airlines and Food & Beverage Director for Marriott.
