Stephanie Mooshegian, Ph.D., is the Chair of the Organizational Studies Program. She teaches courses in Organizational Studies and Research Methods. She also conducts research in the areas of employee and student retention, personality, and organizational stress. In addition, she provides consulting services in the areas of organizational assessment, employee retention, training evaluation, employee development, strategic planning, and survey design.
Stephanie earned a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 2005 and completed her doctoral degree in the same field at Saint Louis University in 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Truman State University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Midwestern Psychological Association.
