How do I pay for shipping?

The BSC CPU accepts Credit/Debit Cards, cash or Billiken Bucks as payment for stamps/postage.

In order to comply with University policy concerning use of P-cards, the BSC Contract Postal Unit (Post Office) will no longer be able to accept Departmental AmEx P-cards as payment for stamps, postage or shipping. We will allow University Departments to continue using our services by asking for payment through IDO. For more information please contact LeeToya Grant at  977-5354 or

For more pricing information on boxes, flat rate packages and express rates, see the USPS website.

Can I buy stamps?

BSC CPU carries only 'Forever' and standard current stamps, but can meter postage for any other denomination. If you would like to have special stamps or denominations ordered for special occasions or mailings, please contact  LeeToya Grant at 977-1128 or

International Shipping

Effective Sept 23, 2013: Anyone shipping overseas packages will need to complete, in English, and print out the appropriate Customs Forms 2976 or 2976A  before bringing the package for shipment to any postal facility. The USPS website walks the customer through a step-by-step process and automatically selects the proper form based on the information provided. It is important that the information is complete and accurate so the system can effectively select the proper custom's form- this includes determining the exact weight of the package prior to filling out the information online as the weight of the package is one of the determining factors in which form will be utilized. Another determining factor is the service being used (priority, first class, express, etc.)

USPS will no longer accept handwritten Customs Forms for International shipments.

Please use this link to complete customs forms before bringing International shipments to the Busch Student Center CPU.

While using the First Class Package International Service:

  • 2976 form
    • A package weight 4 pounds or less
  • 2976 A form
    • A package weighing over 4 pounds

While using the Priority Mail International Service and Priority Mail Express International Service:

  • 2976 A form
    • All packages
