Movement is a part of everyday life. It allows us to go from point A to point B, play sports, and just enjoy life. However, sometimes how we move can be unhealthy and less than optimal. The Saint Louis University Physical Therapy Clinic: An affiliate of Student Health, will be offering free wellness screens during March to individuals in the SLU community who are 18 years or older.
SLU physical therapy clinicians who are Level 1 certified providers will be providing complimentary functional movement screens to individuals. The functional movement screen was designed to identify areas of greatest movement deficiency. The movement screen should take approximately 20 minutes. All participants will receive the results of their movement screen at no cost.

Dates: Monday, March 6; Tuesday, March 7, Thursday, March 9, Friday, March 10, Monday, March 20, Tuesday, March 21, Wednesday, March 22
