Cancer Treatment Class

Patients and their caregivers learn about what to expect during their radiation and chemotherapy treatments. Each patient will receive a personalized binder containing information about how to recognize and manage treatment side effects.
Mondays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Tuesdays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Thursdays, 2 to 3 p.m.

Support For People With Oral and Head and Neck Cancer, Inc. (SPOHNC)
Fourth Friday of every month at 10 a.m.

Multiple Myeloma Support Group
Second Tuesday of every month, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Room 302 SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital - West Pavilion

Saint Louis University Cancer Center and the Wellness Community offer free yoga classes designed specifically for cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers. Led by a certified yoga instructor, these classes teach rhythmic breathing, gentle stretching and mental focus to help participants learn how to ease physical and emotional stress.

Look Good . . . Feel Better
Look Good . . . Feel Better is the American Cancer Society's free program to help women undergoing cancer treatment cope with appearance-related side effects of treatment.

Smoking Cessation
For as many reasons people have to smoke, there are an equal number of ways to quit. Learn how smoking affects your health and receive the tools you need to help prepare and motivate you to quit. Finding the best way for you is key to your success.
