Description: This project is intended to evaluate the effectiveness of cooking classes provided to special education students of Dewey IS Elementary school, in the hope that they will lead healthier lives. This program will allow for the special education students and their families to learn healthy recipes paired with nutrition education in order to allow them to prepare healthy foods in the future.
